As the Observer for the dearly departed Demens club, I humbly ask the noble NO members to allow me to express my opinion.

Quido is an old player with undoubtedly high experience of SAMP in general and PTP/Plan B in particular. He used to be an NO member in the deep past, so he isn't going to be a newbie in the clan. What worries me, however, is that he has been spotted at breaking all of 5 main NO rules. He used to fight other Rawr members when he was a member of the clan; he killed a player called SoFahim from outside of the world boundaries, abusing his admin status; he insults and flames other players on the server (see later); he insults and flames other admins on the server (paricularly, Nikola[NO]); he attacks civilians. I understand that these rules have recommendatory character, though.

Moreover, his attitude poses a threat to minor and unwritten NO rules, such as: adhering to NO-PPLV alliance, playing in the same team with other NO members, and so on. He never follows these as well.

Henceupon, his potential NO membership may undermine the very foundations of the clan. He may turn into Martin Luther of NO, destroying the familiar face of the clan and obsoleting its sacred principles of the Great Past of raging, trash talking and teaming up against "clan enemies" being calm and maintaining a fair gameplay.

Nevertheless, reformation is the only way to keep the clan alive and withstand the competition of other notorious Plan B clans such AUX, LK, GSW and KoK. My recommendation is to accept Quido.
