After some deliberation, I have decided to approve your application and let you take tests to join the People's Clan of No Terrorism. May Shiva have mercy on your soul. Your only test to join the clan will consist of you having to throw yourself off the highest buildings in Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas a total of 5 times each. Issy shall oversee the undertaking of this demanding task.

I will leave this topic until the testing has been completed.

No, we did not do any tests, you surely misunderstood me. I simply had a few duels with you to see your on-foot combat skills (and I was satisfied, since you managed to beat me once). However, there are other aspects of your gameplay that need to be examined and tested. Please, refer to this link to see all the official tests for joining [NO].

Hello, Mazziu. Apologies for the late final decision, we needed some time to consider and reconsider your application.

The decision is to allow you to be tested. However, bear in mind that we are making a precedent - you normally need a full 100% approval of our members in order to be accepted, but there is still one member that disproves of you. Therefore, you should show us with your skills and especially activity that we're making the right call.
