As a representative from [RD] Rubber Ducks, yes he posted a few days ago to join and it is still up to our members to decide. All I know is that he started playing PTP last week and has played SA-MP before. Is not that good at dueling yet and has to learn. Doesn't have good skills needed for your clan.
