Well I think you aren't skilled enough and I don't think you'd be able to complete all the tests (especially about the dueling part) + as Jimmy has mentioned you had some problems with cheating so it's hard to trust you and it doesn't really matter if you're a VIP or not.
Those "brother" stories are getting old by the way.
