Hawks and Spectre are high leveled members, so I'm kinda not sure about your application here, it's totally not good having 2 leaders vote no from the beginning.

I haven't played with you ingame however, but it seems that you need to work on your reputation a little since you got kicked from 2 clans as Spectre have stated.
