First of all age doesn't matter as it doesn't define maturity. I have never seen you raging or having childish behaviours so that's a plus in your application. I was also 13 when i joined NO :p

As for the skills your skills are definetely over average ingame but you should practice a lot for duels (especially with sawn-offs). Also keep training in the game too
