At least you seem to be honest this time - I mean the parts i've managed to understand in your post lol - Try to improve your English more as communication is as important as your ingame skills to be a member of Team NO.

As you know your first application was denied because of your lack of experience and your time spent in this community. Now you've been spending more time in PTP/Plan B and you're well known player and you don't have a bad reputation which is good for you & us. But i've seen you losing your control in some moments during fights, so try to control yourself a little more and don't rage around even if there's anyone provoking. We value behavior more than skills.

As for your skills i've dueled you several times and you're not bad, but you must definetely train more and more. Of course i'm not gonna compare you with myself (this looks kinda egoistic lol) but you should just improve yourself as much as you can.

My final conclusion is that I don't see anything bad in giving you a chance to prove us yourself so I'll say Yes. Good luck once again.
