Alrighty, now the vast majority of [NO] has to agree about your arrival in [NO]. Clan leaders (eriX and Jimmy) usually have the last say when it comes to recruiting new members, but since they're both inactive (eriX just has to fix his internet, though), me and Mantas will have the final say.
