Well,this person seems to be very loyal to be honest,like really,he tried to get in [NO] since ages and this is his third appeal if I'm not mistaken.

Loco is one of the most friendly personalities on PTP, he is a nice guy with a great behavior. So on that side there are no problems.

Skillwise, he is very good in DB, but I've never seen his "on foot" skills (no doubt that he's good, especially taking into account that he was in [XA] and learned much there).
